Do you ever feel sad, worried, or overwhelmed?

These feelings can be normal responses to stress, loss or life's daily demands. But if these feelings last for more than two weeks, call our Mental Health and Substance Abuse Hotline (Beacon Health Strategies) at 1-877-344-2825 (TTY: 1-800-735-2929) to get the help you need.

If you need help to do everyday tasks like taking a bath, getting dressed, making food, and taking medicine, we can help. Most of these services are provided at your home or in your community but could be provided in a nursing home or hospital. Call 1-855-427-1223 (TTY: 711) to learn more.

For Members Affected by the Wildfires

L.A. Care wants to ensure you have access to needed health services as our state deals with the current wildfire disaster. If you have been impacted by the wildfires, please note the following:

  • Prescriptions can be refilled at an out-of-network pharmacy if medications have been lost or left behind. Call 1-888-839-9909 for further assistance.
  • Clinical Services can be accessed out-of-network if your usual provider is unable to work due to the wildfires. Call 1-888-522-1298 for guidance in this situation.
